Park Avenue Apartment
One of Hanjo’s most refined builds in recent years, this 3,000 sq ft pre-war apartment underwent a complete transformation from shell to showcase. Finished in 2025, the project combines exceptional craftsmanship, bespoke millwork, and high-end materials throughout, overcoming the logistical challenges of a complex building environment.
