Upper East Side Apartment

Once part of Joseph Pulitzer’s private home, this distinctive apartment carries over a century of history. Completed in 2025, the renovation restored a 100-year-old skylight and introduced new limestone floors, a flawless Level 5 finish, and hand-painted silk wallpaper by de Gournay. Designed as a private retreat rather than a primary residence, it combines understated luxury with historic character.
